This project was based off of a simple concept of intertwining thin wooden sticks in different patterns to create different results. The first half shows a series of basic woven patterns with a central stalk and showcase the variety of possibilities from that basic idea. Then it continues to taking the most basic woven pattern and working on a three-dimensional level that are able to expand and shrink, showcased by holding an object such as a ball. First, the pattern can be shown to create a tetrahedron, then an octahedron, and finally, four individually woven tetrahedrons that are then woven to create a larger tetrahedron.
